Terms and Conditions for Teresasoft

Welcome to Teresasoft. By accessing our website, purchasing our software development services, or downloading our games and applications, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Services & Scope
Teresasoft provides custom software development, mobile game creation, and web application services.
- Project Specifics: The exact scope, timeline, and deliverables for B2B projects will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement.
- Acceptance: Clients have 10 business days after delivery to test and report any bugs. If no notice is given, the work is deemed accepted.
2. Intellectual Property (IP)
- Our Assets: All graphics, code, and original content in Teresasoft-branded games and apps are the exclusive property of Teresasoft.
- Client Projects: Upon full payment, the specific custom code and assets developed for a client project are transferred to the client. However, Teresasoft retains ownership of its “Background IP” (pre-existing libraries, frameworks, and tools used to build the software).
3. User Conduct (Games & Apps)
Users of our applications agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Use cheats, automation software (bots), or hacks.
- Post or transmit any harmful, defamatory, or illegal content within our platforms.
4. Payment & Refunds
- Development Services: Payments are typically made in milestones (e.g., Deposit, Alpha, Final Delivery). Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- In-App Purchases: All sales of virtual items or digital content within our games are final and non-refundable unless required by local law.
5. Limitation of Liability
Teresasoft provides its software “as is.” We are not liable for:
- Any loss of data, profits, or business interruptions.
- Third-party service failures (e.g., hosting providers, App Store outages).
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product in question.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services or games at our discretion, without notice, if these terms are breached
